How to enable the rating system?

Last question regarding the voting / rating system.

I see that you actually only vote once (IP recognition ? ) Is it possible to turn that off? I have several services on my main map and would like members to vote on several services if they would like to.

But you have 1 placemark.
I store rating by IP and by user.
And get average for it.
If you have different services how do you expect this calculation?

Can a user rate different placemarks?

You rate each placemark.
Ie you can vote different placemarks, you don't vote for map.

And it doesn't care in what map placemark is.

For example. You have placemark for hotel and garage.
If you have 2 maps with enabled rating, and display your hotel on both of it, rating will be calculated independent of map, ie for hotel.

But for garage you can rate different for hotel.

All rating data stored for placemark, and it is not connected to map.

Ie: placemark ID + user ID + IP

If you
- don't logged in - search = placemark ID + IP
- logged in - search = placemark ID + user ID

If you want to check your rating data and play with it, I can tell in what table I store it. You can use update/delete rows and check my logic.
But in placemark rate fields data changed only when you vote.

Ie if you delete/update data from vote table, you need to vote to get new rating
