How to enable the rating system?

I do have the new release but I can't find an option to enable the rating system

If you have the last version - just set in map details on advanced options tab value for field Placemark Rating. For example JQuery (mootools was removed from joomla by default, but your template can support it too)

I went to Maps > (Choose my map) > Advance Options > Placemark Rating and set it to both JQuery and / or Mootools.
Then went back to Placemarks but the rating is still not active.
Cleared cache

In popup you'll see stars for rating.
Check it.
if you are not logged in - you can rate only one from your IP
if you are logged - you can rate only one (by your user)

Yes. In admin panel you can't change
I recalculate it every vote
