MAP - Markers - Importing a list of KML or KMZ

I don't have demo site with admin assess.
I checked, I haven't any errors with styles when show group list before or after map.
Check my images





I can't understand your problem.
1 - create map
2 - upload into your server KML file (KML, not KMZ)
3 - create path, in its details set
- title, map
- on file layer tab: - type KML (internal parser), URL to file
4 - publish your map and you'll get it

PS if you need my help, you can mail me link to your site page with map, and temporary access admin panel if you need to check it by me
