Just open map details.
You can see latitude and longitude - it is map center.
Below you can see map with placemark (map center). Just drag placemark to other place and save

Hi.
I did new release
zhuk.cc/2020/04/14/zh-openstreetmap-geoj...-and-other-features/
Check extension manager for it.
* if you want for only one placemark (Go to Appearance properties, set Popup style field)
* if you want to all placemarks - just create/change map override and set popup style there, after that apply to map
