I'm using your csv sample you posted to test and follow your instructions. The file loads perfectly to the placemark buffer but won't let me import the the files to show up on the map.

It says all placemarks are "skipped"

It seems to me the error happened to the test site I'm running but it didn't skipped on another site. Must be a glitch. Works now. Thanks

I check map+placemark_title

think you try to upload data again. In this case you'll get skip status.

Just set the other title to placemarks (because placemarks with this title is exists). Or delete it from map
