Hi.
Yes, first you load to buffer, not to real tables.
After your check you upload to definite map - I assign placemarks to it, and check that your placemark (title) not exists assigned to your map.

The main thing
You upload data
Buffer -> Real tables
You can check buffer.
Delete data (for edit and upload again)
You can edit data in buffer.
Then upload into your map

After upload from buffer (process), you can delete it. And if some records have error status - fix it, change status to new and try to upload again

If you want to show sone html text you need it to pass like descriptionhtml
without any line breaks
