No, I process all buffer.

You can upload all placemarks as unpublished, and publish it in component when you want to do that.

It would've been nice to have a "Import" and "Import All" button similar than "Delete" and "Delete All" if you want import only those placemarks which are checked.

I like the idea to sort and edit all the placemarks while in the buffer and then only import selected placemarks to the component. It keeps the component "clean" and organized.
