One question though. I imported the file you've tested. Is there a way to import only markers I checked without import ALL markers at once?

I would like to sort out and search certain markers while ALL markers are still in "Placemark Buffer" and then only import those markers.

You can upload by CSV file only placemarks to process.
Or you can upload all your placemarks, and set for it unpublish state, and publish it when you want to show it.
There are many ways to do it.

Thank you, Dima. I've tried a few ways and it seems to me it will work great to sort and edit the csv file while it's in Placemark Buffer UNPUBLISHED. Is there a way to mark a certain group of placemarks and then only import those PUBLISHED placemarks?

I checked those published and tried to IMPORT only those but it imports the entire csv file.
