OK. Lets do another test.
Delete all sql files in sql\update\mysql
Zip and test (rollback, migrate, install)
PS: I did new release (to fix menu items with map)

Still the same error, no change.
Just to check with you, I uninstall the plugins for Zh OpenStreetMap in Joomla 4 before I try to update (they are deactivated during the migration from Joomla 3 to 4). Is that correct?

I did now new release for component and package for J3.
Check update and get version 7.23.10.20
After that lets do test (rollback, migrate, install) with release from extension manager

Installed 7.23.10.20 (by extension/update manager) in Joomla 3, migrated to Joomla 4 and tried to install 15.23.10.20 (by extension/update manager). But still the same error, unfortunately.

I have one more idea.
This alter table is the first sql file in j3 version of extension.
And I think it tries do it again (I don't know why).
Lets do test.
Do migration. After that go to your site by shell.
Go to your new folder (where is migrated j4)
Go to /administrator/components/com_zhosmmap/sql/updates/mysql
Delete all sql files
After that try to update to 15.23.10.20
