I removed my css code but the problem still exist.

Aha. I understand. I added only for inline - you can see, now buttons in one line

Yes, I use J2.5 but I will change in the future to J3.X (after update my all extensions).

Hm, problem still exist.
I cleaned Joomla, Chrome and IE.
What is strange, after cleaning IE, Infowindow was displayed with scrollbar but when I use later ALT+F5, see to be correct. With Chrome I see always scrollbar.
