I found your problem


As you can see, styles applied


if I remove 100%, I get


if I remove 10px, all OK

I suggest you remove your title from html of placemark and use for it placemark title.

Or you have to override style for font

Good solution, is worked.
It is a little different with infowindow in IE and Chrome.

But you have some problem :)
The first loading - scrollbar.

And you have stype overrides for h1 for placemark title by overriding class in your css
