Integration with Fabrikar tables

Yap, the group is now visible.
Waiting for the start/end icons. By the way - it would be great that for these icons the group icon would be used. Otherwise I get only standard start/end marker.

I fixed it. Check new version for component.

I rewrote all code for creation paths and placemarks. It can produce undefined variables in case start/end points and for future placemarks from visualization and KML/GPX files with internal parser.
Write me immediately about that and I'll fix it. It is not time consumable.
